This smoothie is low in calories high in calcium and rich source of antioxidants
1 cup of almond milk
½ cup Blueberries
½ cup Raspberries
1tbs Flax seeds/chia seeds
Stevia to taste
Feed all the ingredients to the blender, and blend it well. And top it with little berries in it.
GLUTEN – FREE PANCAKES
Cutting out gluten from your diet may seem like a difficult task. But this recipe makes it easier.
1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
1 cup Brown rice flour
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of Baking powder
4 drops Vanilla extract
2tbs Coconut oil
1 Ripened banana
Take a bowl, Peel banana and smash it up with a fork (make it like smooth consistency). Melt coconut oil and leave it to cool for few minutes and then add it into a smashed banana. Add almond milk,2 eggs, vanilla extract and beat it well. Then add brown rice flour, salt, baking powder and mix it well(make it creamy without any lumps).once it nice and smooth, set the batter for few minutes. Put coconut oil in heated pan. Put batter circular using a spoon on the pan. Fry it until it turns nice little golden.
Serve it with maple syrup and blueberries.
GRAIN-FREE COCONUT GRANOLA
Delicious, crunchy, and awesome granola goes well with everything. Whether you want to eat it on its own or to top it on the smoothie bowl.
Medjool chopped dates
Pinch of sea salt, vanilla powder, cinnamon
Add all the ingredients in the bowl (except hemp seeds and coconut flakes). Heat maple syrup and coconut oil together and add that into the bowl. And then add hemp seeds and coconut flakes and mix it well.
Serve it with smoothie bowl.
