Chill out with a thick, fruity and sweet smoothies.

You can add, mix and blend any fruit you want.

If you are on diet or weight loss program, you can still take these smoothies.

This healthy dish that needs basic ingredients, and will not hamper your weight.

Try out this quick healthy smoothie recipe that is a blend of relaxation and delicious fruits.

  • CHERRY VANILLA DREAM

     Ingredients

     1 banana

     1 cup cherries

    1 1/2 cup almond milk

    5 drops vanilla stevia

 Blend it for 2 minutes.

HEALTHY FACTS

This smoothie contains magnesium, melatonin, tryptophan, which all have a calming effect on the body and brain.

  • LAYERED MANGO AND STRABERRIE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients for 1st layer

1 cup almond milk

1 cup frozen strawberries

 One small greek yogurt

 And few drops of honey

 Blend it and pour it in a smoothie jar.

Ingredients for 2nd layer

 

2 mango

1 cup greek yogurt

Blend it and poured it as the second layer.

HEALTHY FACT.

Very high water content and high soluble fibers, it’s essential for the body to remain hydrated.

  • WATERMELON SMOOTHIE

 Ingredients

 1 ½ cup chopped watermelon

 2 lemon and take juice from it

 1 cup skimmed yogurt

 Ice cubes
