BEST BREAKFAST IDEAS

Breakfast!!! what breakfast?. Don’t have time to do so. ok then, do you have time for diseases and hospital going?. Yes guys, stop giving reasons for not having breakfast. Start your healthy day with healthy breakfast, and just see the difference how your day ends, its ends with satisfaction and full positive energy.

All that you need to do is, just turn your alarm clock 10mins before normal wake up time. You guys must be thinking, 10mins, not possible. Yes, it is possible. I have some healthy breakfast ideas that take less than 10mins.

Breakfast should contain:

  • Healthy fats
  • Proteins
  • Anti-oxidants
  • Fiber

First recipe- sandwich

Ingredients

2 bread toast

All sliced vegetables available in your fridge like, onion, tomato, olive cucumber, cheese, carrot, olive, spinach and so on.

Just take 2 sliced bread and place every vegetable between the toasted bread. And have it with hot coffee.

Second recipe-yogurt and fruits blow.

Ingredients

Greek yogurt

Blueberries

Strawberries

Banana

Kiwi

Cranberries

Chia seeds

Procedure

Take a blow put plain greek yogurt and all freshly cut fruits and chia seeds. Have it with nuts

Peanut butter banana smoothie

Ingredients

1 Banana

½ Milk

Honey

Peanut butter

Procedure

Take a blender and keep banana, milk,honey and peanut butter and blended it nicely. And add some strawberries.

Fourth recipe- spinach and egg white.

Ingredients

Little olive oil

Bunch of spinach

Egg white

Procedure

Place a non-stick pan on flame, put a drop of olive oil and fry spinach for a minute, then add the egg white. Have with green tea. And add some nuts.

Fifth recipe- green smoothie

Ingredients

Spinach

Cucumber

Persley

Ginger

Lemon

Dates

Banana

Water

almond milk

Ice cubes.

Procedure.

Take a blender and place every ingredient inside the blender and blend it finely.

All the breakfast ideas above contains proteins, antioxidants, healthy fats, and fibers.
