INGREDIENTS

1 AVOCADO

2 WHOLE GRAIN BREAD

 

2 EGGS

PEPPER AND SALT

KALE(OPTIONAL)

SPINACH(OPTIONAL)

  • Toast the whole grain
  • Smash the avocado and make a layer on the top of the toasted bread.
  • And add half fried egg to the top of the avocado layer.
  • Finally, add salt and pepper for taste.
