YES, IT IS TRUE. TO HAVE  A GOOD, HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

Here is why breakfast is so critical.let’s say you ate last time with 8:00 pm in the evening, you are  waking up 12hours later, on the entire half day, and your body needs fuel to start to repair and to heal and for energy throughout the day, so your body needs to feed off something.
