HOW TO MEDITATE?

How fragile is human life, but still How firm it is, how many things a human being can do in this world. At one level it seems to be so fragile look at it and see. We all taken it for granted, you’re not conscious about it , realize if you become conscious and watch it, it’s damn fragile life, at the same time how firm it is. This is the beauty of creation and creator. How tenderly everything is balanced, No one can disturb it. that is the beauty we need to feel REALIZE that we are part of the universe.

If some told to watch your breath, you think that you’re watching your breath, but the truth is you just feel the sensation of the breath. In the Vedas, it is mention that “koormanadi”  talking about the exact breath, not the sensation of the breath . “koormanadi” refer has an unbroken string, which ties you with this body.

In meditation,  we need to watch exactly the breath. If your consciousawareness travels with the passage of breath keen enough, then you realize what is you, what is your body and what is you and what is your mind stands apart. Then suddenly you find , your ability to use your body and goes into phenomenal scale. This about being human is super. You’re thought and you’re awareness in the combination. If you  use them in the right way, you are life becomes much more beautiful than you think.

HOW TO MEDITATE?

1.FIND A QUIET PLACE.

Find a place quite or in a place you can be alone, if it is in the midst of nature, that’s great. Don’t worry, if  it is not possible. Sit in a place where you a feel comfortable and be yourself.

2.TAKE A SEAT IN HALF LOTUS ARE FULL LOTUS POSITION.

You can seat in a position that feels comfortable. You can use a support like a pillow, wall or even a floor. Meditation hears we are concentrating on internal you not external.be flexible and comfortable.

3.HAVE A GOOD POSTURE.

You need to find your center of balance, the backbone in a straight line.Don’t force your eyes to close, your eyes should be closed normally and smoothly, just closes your eyelids. Your eyes will usually be at a 45-degree angle towards the ground. Remember we are focusing on an internal self, not an external self, and your hands on a lap in a comfortable position. Now we can start

4.TAKE A FEW DEEP BREATHS

We need to take deep and long exhalation and inhalation. This gives freshness to you. this gives nice feeling inside you. And makes you concentrate on your mind and your breathing strings. This makes blood flow easier, and you can achieveyour meditate state easier.

5.FOLLOW YOUR BREATHING PATTERNS.

This pattern is relatively simple to follow and the better you follow it and less you get disturbed by your thoughts. Once you know this regular pattern, a breathing in holding in and breathing out. It becomes  a lot easier to do it without a time frame. Keep in mind as we are breathing through the nose only, in the nose and out the nose. And began to meditate. Three seconds inhale, hold for 2 seconds, and breath out for 3 seconds. Better you get lesser you count, less you need to count as you gain meditative state. As you breathe in, focuses on your diaphragm. You should not breathe with your chest, that is always going wrong. When you breathe in your diaphragm should contract, when you breathe out it should relax.

6.THINKING OF NOTHING.

 

it is the think of non-thinking, this is kind of impossible, because thinking of non-thinking that mind automatically goes blank. It becomes clear, and this is the purpose of meditation to have no specific thoughts to anchor.  You always have thoughts flow in your brain is part of your natural psychology of human to have thoughts. This is the difference between meditation and normal living activities you do in daily life. Not to attach to your thoughts. Don’t worry it happens, when you realize this attachment in your mind, let it go and continue till you achieve nothing your meditative state.

7.LET YOUR MIND FREE

Let your mind in this vast emptiness, being a part of the universe onesawareness. That we  practice more the easier it gets. When you first get into meditative state, can be in a non-thinking, pure bliss moment for 10mins,15mins, and 25mins. When you thought and realize for the past 10mins , that you weren’t thinking that you’re simply part of the moment. That is one of the profound experience have within yourself. And this can be noticeable in physical aspects that you feel like euphoric. You feel like a branch of the universe.

8.LET THIS BE PART OF YOU.

Let this be gained with you, understand that you don’t have to think at all times, that you can simply let the thinking seized, let these thoughts flow until there are none. And you become more knowledgeable than before.

Do meditate to have a simpler and easily lifestyle.
